Min 1: 15 Wallballs (20/14)
Min 2: 4 Deadlifts (Players Choice)

RX will perform 12 Wallballs

Goal is to complete every rep for the 20 Minutes – choose a weight that is heavy but you can maintain proper form – if you want to add weight you may do so after the 5 round of DL’s
Wallballs should not take longer than 30 seconds any round
