Snatch + Hang Snatch (E90Secs for 5 Sets )
Perform one full snatch and then one hang squat snatch

Start @50% of lightest lift, must complete both lifts before putting the bar down. Don’ t fail but reach a heavy weight

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)
Death By

1 Burpee + 6 Box Step Ups (35s/25s)

Keep adding 1 burpee per round until you cant complete all the work in the minute
Goal is at least 10+ rounds
