Snatch Grip Deadlift (5[3@85% of 1RM snatch/Strict Pull-ups])
this is not done off your DL 1RM; snatch and deadlift have different set-ups and they dont look exactly the same….use your snatch 1RM

Pull-ups: perform strict pullups after each set

Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)
Every 5 Minutes for 3 Rounds
400 Meter Run
25′ HS Walk
ME Push-ups

Score is the number of push-ups you complete
Do not exceed 50 reps in any given round
