As Far As You can get up to 15 Minutes

Min 1: 1 Push-Up + Power Clean
Min 2: 2 Push-ups + Power Cleans
Min 3: 3 Push-ups + Power Cleans
and so on…

Keep adding 1 Push-up and 1 Power Clean until you cannot
