Shoulder Press (E90S 5×4@70%)
If this is too heavy, decrease the load percentage

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds)
14 Min EMOM (Death By Style)
Min 1: 4 Deadlifts + 2 Slamballs
Min 2: 4 DL + 4 Slamballs
Min 3: 4 DL + 6 Slamballs
Min 4: 4 DL + 8 Slamballs
…and so until until completing 14 rounds or you cannot finish a round

CHOOSE WISELY on these DL’s, we havent been lifting heavy and jacking your back up to go super heavy wont pay off

If you believe the slamballs increasing by 2 reps each time will be too much for you count by adding 1 each round instead
