Perform 3 box jumps after each set

20 min AMRAP:
120 wallballs (20/14)
120 weighted situps (with wallball)
120 alternating leg lunges (wallball overhead)
max distance run in remaining time (athlete running must carry their wallball)

One athlete works while the other rests, split all this with a partner.
