Weightlifting
1 Power Snatch + 2 Snatches (E2M 2 sets @85-90% of 1RM; 1 sets @90-95%)
Perform one power snatch and then two squat snatches. They do not have to be TNG.

Metcon
Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)
5 Rounds
Each Round is:
90 Second AMRAP (with a 1 Min Rest)
10 DU
5 Push Press (95/65)

RX+ (115/80)

Hit at least 3+ rounds every AMRAP; if you cannot do that at the suggested weights decrease

Everyone should have 15 or more rounds at the end of the workout
