12 min EMOM:
a) 10 thrusters (use a weight you could complete 20 reps with)
b) :30 AMRAP T2B
c) 10 front squats (same as thruster weight)
d) 4 C2B + 2 BMU/ or 4 kip swings + 2 pullups
upon completion, rest 8 minutes then do:
7 min AMRAP:
Burpees (jump and touch a pullup bar each rep, doesn’t have to be a tall pullup bar, just use one thats barely out of reach.) go synchronized with a partner if you can!
