1 push press+2 push jerk+1 split jerk (4 sets @70% of split jerk)

Metcon
Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)
12 minute AMRAP:
hand release Pushups
box jump overs (24/20)
(1,2,3,etc… for 12 mins)

RX+ has Handstand Pushups, if you can not do a minimum of 10 reps unbroken, DO NOT do HSPU today.
