New cycle starts today, we will be working on pull-ups as our strength every single Wednesday during this cycle. So if you’d like to get your first one or string multiples together don’t miss a Wednesday.

Weightlifting
1 Power Snatch + 2 Snatches (E2M for 5 sets @60% of 1RM Snatch )
Perform one power snatch and then two squat snatches. They do not have to be TNG.
