Establish a 2RM
THE KNEES DO NOT BEND IN THE RECEIVING POSITION

REST 60 then start Part B immediately

Power Clean (4 MIN AMRAP TNG @ 2RM Muscle Clean)
You cannot put the bar down, once you do, you are finished even if there is time still on the clock.
You are allowed to rest with the barbell in the front rack position or the hang position, but all reps must be touch and go, aka TNG
