starting on the first minute at 6 reps for RX, and 8 reps for RX+, add 1 rep each minute until you can no longer complete the reps within the the minute.

CFA STRENGTH (LEVEL 1)
Push Press (5×5 (60-70%))

CFA STRENGTH (LEVEL 2)
1 Clean + 2 Split Jerk + 1 Clean + 1 Split Jerk (5×1 (60-70%))
You will perform 1 squat clean and 2 split jerks and then put the bar down. Immediately following that you will perform 1 squat clean and 1 split jerk
