Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)
6 Min AMRAP:
Max reps Strict pullups (RX+)
or
Max time in a Dead hang [RX]

every time you break, perform 10 Abmat situps.

same concept as last week just a little tougher, count your strict pullup reps for RX+, or count each :01 in a dead hang as 1 rep for RX.
The Situp reps dont count, they are just an annoyance.
